Describe the bug
The Download button leads to error 404 when trying to download dataset
https://archive-beta.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/smartphone+dataset+for+anomaly+detection+in+crowds

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://archive-beta.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/smartphone+dataset+for+anomaly+detection+in+crowds
Click on Download
1. See error

Expected behavior
A download would start

The download link works now, but we're missing the file. Recorded in #40
