Set default color for 'recurrent' samples #146

There are default colors set for primary and metastatic tumor samples. Can we add a default for recurrent samples? It looks like it would need to be added to pcawg.colours.R and force.colour.scheme.R. Will add discussion issue to determine what color would be ideal.
