I dont like that the columns in INFO don't show up in the same order as in the header (which I think in a real VCF they do?)

This might be a problem beyond this parser... Or just a problem with the example file? XD

I can probably fix this with a manual sweep. Are we going with the order in the INFO column as the "truth"?
