moPepGen currently isn't perfect for trypsin exceptions, especially 'RRH' and 'CRK'. Brought up by @lydiayliu, when calling for miscleavage peptides, we could do that with allowed misc +1, to include peptides with one more misc, and do our regex matching again to identify and discard those with +1 misc peptides.
