Per the most recent Nextflow Working Group meeting, each pipeline's repository description should:

  • Begin with "Nextflow pipeline to "
  • Exactly match the description in metadata.yaml

Repository: DNA Alignment pipeline for aligning, sorting, marking duplicates and indexing paired fastqs
Metadata: DNA Alignment pipeline for aligning, sorting, marking duplicates and indexing paired fastqs
