Can't find the table #10

After I run this code ./pr2_safe_spawner.sh
I just can see the pr2 robot both in gazebo and rviz, but i cannot see the table and item
I really follow all the step you mention in the file

Based on the error message, your launch file is missing the pr2_cloud_transformer or there is a typo in the ros launch file.

Then I stuck in new problem. After I run roslaunch pr2_robot pick_place_project.launch
This time everything is on the table. But the robot didn't go to catch them
why this happen? I think there is already a motion planner in this project
