Description

With LinkFloatingToolbar open, FloatingToolbar changes its position to the top left corner of the page when scrolled. Reproduces in the playground.

1. Go to `https://platejs.org/`
2. Select any text
3. In `FloatingToolbar` click `Link` button
4. Scroll the page

How do you think that we hidden the floating toolbar when link popover is open?

if it is not possible to save the position of the toolbar, then it is better to hide it
