InlineCombobox Unresponsive to Mouse Interactions When Used Inside Dialog/Sheet

Description

When using a PlateEditor containing a Mention Input Element within a Shadcn Sheet/Dialog, interaction with the Inline Combobox is currently disabled. Interaction is limited to keyboard inputs only; mouse clicks or scrolls are not supported.

Reproduction steps

1. Open a PlateEditor containing a Mention Input Element inside a Shadcn Dialog.
2. Type in the Mention Input to trigger the Inline Combobox.
3. Observe that the combobox appears as expected, but you are unable to interact with it using mouse clicks or scrolling.
4. The combobox can only be navigated using keyboard inputs (e.g., arrow keys and enter), with no response to mouse actions.
