Create documentation about development flow on GitHub.ugent.be: how to get from branching to a merged PR.

Out of scope: testing flow

• Check which environments are attached to which branches
• Testing, where do we test and play
• Which is the QA environment
• We will be able to test creating a hidden wiki for infrastructure, with markdown files (we can add a viewer later, but right now the GitHub interface will suffice)
