Variable is not used for the requirement but requirement is displayed in "Used By" #258

Sometimes when a variable used in a requirement in past but deleted later still appears in the "Used By" section of the variable.

I couldn't find a way to reproduce, this is just one instance. I can share the exact instance privately if necessary.
