## Purpose

This repository contains a research-use-only software prototype for structured psychiatric documentation and coding across a 6-axis model. It combines DSM-5-TR, ICD-11, ICF, WHODAS 2.0, PID-5-BF, HiTOP-oriented spectra, evidence matrices, CAVE pattern notifications, and longitudinal symptom tracking.

The repository also contains a standalone Flask-based Diagnostic Testcenter with bilingual test definitions, scoring logic, token-based assessment sessions, print-friendly output, and a JSON API.

## Safety Boundary

This project is not a medical device, not clinically validated, not certified by BfArM or any Notified Body, and not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, monitor, predict, or alleviate disease. Outputs are structured coding proposals, screening results, and documentation aids, not clinical diagnoses or therapy recommendations. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain reserved for qualified professionals.
