IDEA: More useful message for the Deploy Busy Message

Describe your idea

Rather than shout that an error has happened, display a more useful/friendlier message that the deployed failed due to the environment busy doing another deployment

Context

From this screenshot I have no idea that Umbraco Deploy is busy still from a Git push to the environment, until I click to expand and read the stack trace.

As a developer I am quite comfy reading stack traces, but if we know the exception is of a certain type then a more useful/friendly message should be displayed.

Perhaps with a Websocket/SignalR connection could the environments broadcast if they are busy.
So the deploy dashboard could visually indicate that they are busy doing deployments and thus prevent the user from clicking the deploy from the queue to get a vague scary sounding error until you read the inner exception
