Feature: Date & Time Picker

Currently I think the Umbraco UI library only have the uui-input specifying input type, also used in the new backoffice.

In an Umbraco project using Vue, we have a start and end date picker and connecting these to each other using the JavaScript API.
However it has some limitions as browsers doesn't allow much styling on these and not consistent styling in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

I think it would be useful to have a Date & Time Picker, similar to the current one in Umbraco backoffice.
Some features that would be nice to have:

• Configure as Date, Time or Date + Time picker
• Date range selection
• Multiple date selection
• Disable dates to select, e.g. weekends.
• Predefined ranges: Today, Yesterday, This week, This moths - would be cool if even configurable.

There has been some discussions about this in the Shoelace library shoelace-style/shoelace#101
Some libraries which may be useful:

I noticed there is now easepick which seems to replace Litepicker.

It has some plugins for range, preset and time.

• Date range selection
• Predefined ranges
• Week, month, year selection
• Month range selection
• Single and multiple date selection
• Custom content of cell in scoped-slot
