If you did and it didn't work out I'm interested into why it doesn't/didn't work.
I had a similar tool, just not this sophisticated, before I saw your Agentic Discipline course and I was utilizing beads just fine.
File and JSON handover works great but it's hard to track and manage tasks and bugs that way.
