I checked out SwarmForge and spent some time digging into the two-, four-, and six-pack workflows, the role prompts, and the handoff protocol.
What really stood out to me was turning engineering disciplines into distinct roles instead of asking one agent to remember everything: specification, coding, cleanup, architecture, hardening, and QA. The combination of persistent agents, worktrees, and durable handoffs makes the whole process concrete and inspectable.
I’ve built another orchestration framework called Quest, with a different shape, and studying SwarmForge gave me several good ideas about specialization, visibility, and the human experience of working with a team of agents.
Thank you for building it in the open. It was thoughtful, interesting, and genuinely fun to study.
