add an option to set "Type of macro" in define_host_usermacro and define_global_macro commands

thanks for this nice piece of software !

Would it be possible to add an option to set "Type of macro" in "define_host_usermacro" and "define_global_macro" commands in order to be able to set "secret" macros ?

API documentation says:

Type of macro.

Possible values:
0 - (default) Text macro;
1 - Secret macro;
2 - Vault secret.
