publishing the citre document on ctags.io #147

Hi, and sorry for the late response.

After recent development, Citre documentations have follow up with the code changes, so it's in a good state to publish online.

I'm not 100% sure, but here are reasons to publish it on ctags.io:

  • Citre is, obviously, the best tags file frontend on Emacs, so it may help Emacs & Universal Ctags users.
  • I do think this documentation shows some strengths of ctags, which may be interesting to ctags users.

Here are reasons to not publish it:

  • Citre is now a package with multiple backends. The global and eglot backends are irrelevant to Ctags users.

I would like to know:

  • What will this look like? Is it some webpages that shows README.md and all docs in docs/?
  • If we offer a link to Citre in ctags.io, does it achieve the same advertising effect?
