Add "mcp vs utcp" example in python

The example code showing this exists in typescript but is outdated. Lets make a python version of it

More examples would be good, looking through UTCP as MCP causes me pain, but still going over my head a bit. So any more end to end examples connecting to clients with newly built custom/sample tools like LMStudio with an echo tool or something etc would be good.
Like full end to end guide.

@PylotLight 100% agree. Looking for a contributor for updating the MCP vs UTCP examples.

Feel free to also check out the utcp-agent repo, that one has a full agent implemenattion as an example to test. And the utcp-mcp repo if you wanna test it out with an existing MCP client.

Hi — I'd like to work on adding an example for "mcp vs utcp" in the python folder.
I'll open a PR with a small runnable example and a README describing how to run it.
