Describe the bug

After first login, recognize the XBOX i pushed on start stream but stuck on this page

To Reproduce

Xbox is connected to my home network via wire and im using wifi from outdoor network.

Expected behavior

No response

Environment

- OS: MacOs Sonoma 14.1 M3 processor 
- Device: MacBook Pro M3
- Greenlight version: Version 2.3.1 (2.3.1)

I am also having this issue. Is it at all similar to #593? I haven't had the chance to try and fix it yet but let me know if the previous solution works, @ofirbe.

You can see that forwarding port 9002 to your Xbox on your local network is the suggested solution. I found this answer in #999.

do you know what values should i put here ? i tried to use the internal ip from the xbox setting and the port the presented there but its not working (or im doing something wrong) @kittygaming99

@ofirbe you should set the server IP as your XBOX's IP and both the external port and internal port are 9002.

@yuwenhuisama not working for me, i set the port to 9002 internal and external with my xbox's ip, still cannot connect outside of the my home's wifi network

I'm having the same issue on macOS 14.6. It works great when on the same network, but not when I'm away from home. I've port forwarded port 9002 udp and made sure it was open in my firewall.

Same here, macos 14.6.1 / v2.3.1 - port-forwarding didn't solve the issue.

Found out something interesting.
First of all my ISP's router is behind a CG-NAT. So the port-forwarding makes no sense at all. But they have IPV6 support and therefore my Xbox has a public IPV6 address and I can see the 9002 port open when I start the stream and get stuck in the connection loop. (while also being connected to a IPV6 network on my mobile phone)

The interesting fact is, that if I open the webUI and try to connect via Chrome on my Mac, the connection gets established without any issues. Is Chrome maybe preferring IPV6 ICE candidates when establishing the connection?
