After quite a bit of research, I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no universal library for Free Pascal on this subject.

My preferred library for PHP in web applications is Casbin. This library is also available for Delphi as Casbin4D.

I hope someone will come forward to convert this library to Free Pascal and test it.
