Update the footer after the new library website goes live

⚠️ This work cannot be done until the new library website goes live, which is set to go live between Fall and Winter terms.

When the new website goes live, we want to make sure that the footer links all work. In addition to that there will be at least one new link we want to add.

Acceptance criteria

• Ensure all the links in the footer still work, update any that do not
• Add the following links to the footer
  • Alumni, Community and Public
    • Add this to the bottom of the INFORMATION FOR link section
    • URL: Unknown at this time
