Multi-window mode is not supported

Current Behavior

On Android, after entering multi-window mode, the app displays only the splash screen.
After you resize the window for several times, the app closes and restarts in fullscreen.

Expected Behavior

The app should support multi-window mode or should be explicitly configured as non-resizable:

• the splash screen should not be displayed, or it should disappear after any initialization is complete
• resizing the window for several time should not restart the aplication

Steps to Reproduce

1. open uPort on Android
2. enter multi-window mode
3. select the other app
4. resize the window for several times, from very small to very big
