Key bindings and tab reordering

I have checked the following:

• I've searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This feature

• blocks me from using Bruno
• would improve my quality of life in Bruno
• is something I've never seen an API client do before

Describe the feature you want to add, and how it would change your usage of Bruno

I think it would be nice to be able to modify the default key bindings.
For example, I find it very "unusable" to hace "ctrl + pageup"/"ctrl + pagedown" to move between tabs, instead of the standard "ctrl + tab". Same goes for the undo/redo shortkeys... undo is ctrl + z as always, but I couldn't find a "redo", like "ctrl + y" or "ctrl + shift + z", which are the most common ones.

Also, it would be nice to be able to reorder the requests tabs, when you have multiple ones opened.
