[Feat request] Notifications

What is a task manager app without notifications?
It would be great if there is a notification system where we can do the Complete or Postpone from a scheduled task.
Android App is great, but if it can be implemented directly thru PWA will be better.

Thank you for this, I never replied to this but we have finally stabilized the application and I'm slowly adding this integration. Will close this for now as I have an issue for this: #248
