The column updated_ts in memo table won't update when modifying a memo

Describe the bug

I tested. It is ok in 22.0 but the updated_ts won't update in 22.1 when modifying a memo.
The option "Display with updated time" won't work if the updated_ts doesn't update.

Steps to reproduce

in 22.1
Modify any memos
check the column updated_ts in the table memo in the database.
It won't update.

The version of Memos you're using

0.22.1
