Inbox notifications lead to incorrect URLs when someone replies to my comment on a memo.

Describe the bug

When I click an inbox notification about another member's comment, I often see a blank page instead of the comment. I realized that this happens when another member comments on my comment on a memo; the inbox notification provides an incorrect URL for the memo.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any memo.
2. Leave a comment.
3. Reply to the first comment.
4. Check your Inbox.
5. Click the notification.
