To the Congressional Record HTML files, would it be possible to add text markup tags or meta data to identify material for which copyright fees have been paid?
Every Daily Digest at the end says, “With the exception of copyrighted articles, there are no restrictions on the republication of material from the Congressional Record.”
Please officially identify copyrighted articles in the source code so that republication of the remainder of the Congressional Record can be republished without restriction.
