Transferring files from host to Mac OS 9 VM

I've enabled file sharing on my M1 host. How do I transfer files to the OS 9 guest? They are from old floppy discs and in old versions of MS Word and Aldus Pagemaker. I'v elected and downloaded those applications too but again can't get them onto the VM.
