I'm trying to run the encryp_dec.out script on an Ubuntu server, but I'm getting the error "bash: ./encryp_dec.out: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error." Can someone help me troubleshoot this?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I tried running the script on an ARM server, and it didn't work. However, it does work on an AMD server.
