feature: Add alerts when battery is at 20% and 80% #35

I have a laptop that does not have the ability to limit battery charging to 80% and gnome does not alert me when the battery is at 80% charge and 20% charge. Therefore, I'm not able to easily know when I need to disconnect my AC adapter at 80% charge and connect it at 20% charge. This results in reducing the life of the laptop battery.
Describe the solution you'd like
Receive persistent alerts or notifications with sound when the laptop battery is at 20% and reaches 80% charge. Also have the ability to adjust and customize the percentages. When the alert appears it would be great if it said, "Battery level is at 20%. Please connect AC Adapter" and "Battery level has reached 80%. Please disconnect AC Adapter".
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no flatpak apps that can do this that I know of. I have tried creating my own upower script but I'm a Linux newbie and it hasn't worked out well the way I described it above. Need a GUI for new and basic users.
Additional context
There is no other flatpak app that has battery charge and discharge limit alerts and setting up a upower script is too difficult for new and basic users, if they even know about that option. Having this included in Wattage would be so very helpful. Thank you!
