Line item is listed twice in attestation with different figures

The line item "Made transactions on the Optimism network" is listed twice in my attestation, but with different types or values. If this is intentional because they are assessing and scoring separate things, then maybe just change the descriptor slightly on one? Or maybe just add together the two score values into one item since one can be inferred by the other with any number of transactions?
