Sure, I have checked the issue and found the problem.
It seems the problem is being caused by the plugin OptionTree, if you disable this plugin everything is working fine.
I do not see this plugin on our officially compatible plugins list (https://wpml.org/plugin/), so I would recommend contacting plugin support and reporting this issue. If they need our help and want to become WPML compatible they can join our program and we will be glad to help (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/)
