Is this webhooks plugin still supported?

Can you update it for the Moodle 3.9 and 4.x branches.

Thanks

Hi @luisdev , have you experienced any issues when running the plugin under 3.9 or 4.x? It should be working fine 🙂

I have not installed it yet. The documentation doesn't list support for Moodle 3.9 and higher. The last commit here on github for the Master branch was 6 years ago. v3.0.3 was released four years ago. That creates the impression that the plugin isn't actively supported anymore.

Can I install it on Moodle 3.9? Has it been tested on that version? And Moodle 4?

@luisdev you should use this branch actually - https://github.com/valentineus/moodle-webhooks/tree/v3.0.0-stable
It's a more supported one, though it's misleading a bit, yeah 🙂 I guess Valentin just haven't merged it to master yet.
As for the branch I mentioned, it works for me on the latest 4.1, and I'm sure it'll work on 3.9 as well. Cheers!

Please could I also second the publication of support for Moodle 4+?

I appreciate @vtos saying they've had success with the plugin on Moodle 4.1, however some official stance or documented roadmap/release schedule would be very helpful for those relying on the plugin.

We're a University and have been successfully using v3.0.5 on Moodle 3.11.6, however our move to Moodle 4+ (possibly November) will cause us to review all our plugins and we have a number of integrations that rely on this plugin, which may cause a chain reaction if we can't rely on there being official support for Moodle 4+.

Thank you
