An example showing how to toggle the clock flyout on any monitor

Just a quick example I have put together showing how to activate the clock flyout on any monitor programmatically, from any process. The simple way works only when the message is posted to Shell_TrayWnd:

PostMessageW(FindWindowExW(NULL, NULL, L"Shell_TrayWnd", NULL), 1486, 0, 0);
