When explorer patcher is installed long file lists frequently jump to top

When I'm using file explorer to look at a long list of files, very frequently (every 30 seconds?) the list jumps to the top. This happens in all file explorer windows that are open, if I have multiple ones they all jump to the top at the same time even if they are inactive and another app is running in front of them.

There was previously an issue in windows 10 where file explorer would jump to the top if automatically choose an accent color was enabled. Is this related to that bug, did explorerpatcher somehow force on that setting and that bug? I have verified that setting is off in windows 11. Uninstalling explorerpatcher resolves the issue, as does turning on the option in explorerpatcher EnableSysListView32 for explorer views.

The problem does still occur with the pre-release version. Windows 11 version is 23H2 22631.3737

Ok, does it happen if you uninstall EP?

The issue is resolved if I uninstall ep and returns if it reinstall ep.

Thank you for confirming this happens only when EP is installed.

I fixed this problem by setting like this:
open "gpedit.msc" and setting "Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Filesystem > Enable Win32 long paths" to enable or disable
