Create a script to string replace in data model

A script should be created to iterate through tables in a workspace's data model that replaces substrings with a new string. The most common use case for this is updating bam and bam index paths after they have been moved. The script should print how many cases were found and replaced per table (and also per column?) with additional flags to --upload to Terra and --export the revised tables to the local disk.
