Prognose undersiden skal i stor grad bestå av følgende tre elementer:

Header med oppsummering (se figma)
Tabell med årsvisning og filtrerings-/sorteringsmuligheter (se figma)
Knapp for å synkronisere med bemanning

Det er tiltenkt at verdier automatisk lagres basert på redigering.

Delvis blocked by #482 #483 , men arbeid kan påbegynnes
