You likely should consider a license and copyright.

Given most of your content is already open to the world I would recommend CC by 4 license going forward.

The big thing Creative Commons give for the website common is the following clause

No warranties are given. The license may not give you all of the permissions necessary for your intended use. For example, other rights such as publicity, privacy, or moral rights may limit how you use the material.
