• Target demographic of new controllers with zero real-world aviation experience
• Expectation of matched formatting and styling

I wouldn't mind putting together a expanded guide on how to handle collaborations between members who aren't part of the SOPs github contributors and expanding the "how to help" section.

Eg talk about how forks work, how multiple people can contribute to the same forks etc.

Also how issue etiquette can work etc

The guide would target non-GitHub users since the majority of the userbase is not GitHub experts.
