Map no longer shows secondary frequencies of AFV observers

The map used to show both the primary frequency of an observer that is using a radar client and AFV (typically 199.998), as well as any additional frequencies they had added to listen on AFV separated by commas after their primary. It no longer shows the secondary ones, just their primary.
