TMI Number occasionally shows TMI 0 instead of the actual TMI number. Causes a lot of confusion with pilots crossing the ocean.

Is this happening right now? I tried to figure out why this occurs months ago and never figured it out

Not currently. Only seems to occur when a controller is online.
