Joomla toolbar HTML markup render with no reason

Hi,
I don't know if it is an issue so i post here.

When i create an item whith a component create with JCB 2.12.9, on the top of the HTML, there is the toolbar markup

<div class="btn-toolbar" role="toolbar" aria-label="Toolbar" id="toolbar">
</div>

There is no reason to display this here ?
