Fresh-eyes audit finding: examples/mcp/wiki/tool-design-patterns.md (a) lists a six-tool table whose last four tools no longer appear in the trimmed excerpt raw (acceptable — full text at source URL — but the article should cite the URL for the cut content), and (b) quotes 'MCP tools as tailored toolkits…' attributed to Vercel/Speakeasy teams — this string appears in NO raw source, trimmed or otherwise, so it was either from an unpreserved source or synthesized at compile time. Exactly the class of provenance defect the audit harness (#25) should catch mechanically. Fix: re-derive the quote from the actual source or remove it; add this article as a #25 test case.
