I used Method 3 of CellPhoneDB, and by adding the transcription factor results calculated by SCENIC, I obtained a downstream signal with biological significance, JAG-Notch. However, the transcription factor corresponding to Notch2 in database V5 does not appear in the transcription factor table I provided. What could be the possible reason for this? Is this result reliable?"
