What are you trying to do?
When we delete entry, any node that used it is removed as well. It would be useful is restoring entry, restored node as well. Admin users might assume that the act of restoring entry will make it appear in menu again, which is not the case right now.
What's your proposed solution?
Restore node when its related entry was restored, after it was removed before.
