CLI using turborepo

Summary

I'm trying to create a mono repo with:

1. cli
2. nextjs web server

so the cli can run the nextjs webserver.

Additional information

I've tried to start the nextjs server like so, but I'm getting build problems (ts isn't done for the webserver import):

CLI: https://github.com/agamm/flowe/tree/main/packages/cli
Web server: https://github.com/agamm/flowe/tree/main/packages/web

Any idea how I can make this work so I could do:

flowe start --port 3211

and it will start the server on that port?

I'm currently getting:

TypeError [ERR_UNKNOWN_FILE_EXTENSION]: Unknown file extension ".ts" for /home/agam/dev/flowe/packages/web/server.ts
