Release notes for smaug 0.8.0 Beta

Purpose of this release:

The software in this repository has been constructed to serve as a reference library for DANE protocols. The initial support is focused on S/MIME using DANE for general object level encryption and authentication.

This prototype is tested on Red Hat Linux 6 and Mac OSX Version 10.9.

The origin of the work draws from the DANE working group in the IETF
