[BREAKING] Reduce Recipe to a minimal reference implementation

Summary

We plan to gradually reduce Recipe maintenance to core code and documentation only. Bundled sample data and Recipe-specific CI coverage/tests will be removed.

Scope

Keep

• Core pipeline, parser, and visualizer code
• Architecture and usage documentation

Remove

• Bundled sample data under data/recipe/
• Recipe-specific test suites and CI jobs/guards
• Documentation references to removed data

Call for Feedback

If you have a very clear dependency on the removed items, especially the bundled datasets or Recipe CI contract, please describe your use case and requirements in this issue.

Unless there are concrete blocking requirements, we will proceed with the removal.

Migration

If you need the removed assets, please pin the current release or fork the repository before removal.
