Hello, I'm interested in folowing the VG-RDF,-the-Ensembl-bacteria-E.-coli-genome-hack-attack wiki you have as I also have bacteria and like what this wiki does. However I see that vg msga has been depreciated. What should I use instead to align the reference graph and a genome? I'd like to use cactus because I have it installed but unsure if theres something that does the same thing?
