Simply does

1. Every minute, get's the latest count of petition signatures from the UK Election Petition at https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/700143
2. Stores it in this Github repo CSV - petition_counts.csv.
3. Draws a chart of accumulate counts, and rates of -- signatures.
4. Offers a table of time / count / rate.
5. Offers a heatmap of rate per hour by colour.

TODO

1. Add some URLs to link to Parliament site, this repo.
2. Add info to help people use #WriteToThem to get in touch with their MP.
3. Add a way for people to send feedback.
4. Add the usual Viewyonder brand stuff.
